Crown Imperial Brass Quintet

Dissapointed that additional parts for Horn in Eb, Trombone in treble cleff and Eb Bass parts used in a brass band environment were not included with the F Horn, bass cleff Trombone and Tuba parts.

ALWAYS PLEASED WITH MR. BINDNER'S ARRANGEMENTS

I have bought several arrangements for brass quintet by Mr. Bindner and have had much success with them - they are very do-able and pleasing for the musicians of our quintet who are of varying abilities - I would recommend most anything of what he arranges to any intermediate or early advanced musicians. We are looking forward to playing this new arrangement for commencements. Thanks so much.

Crown Imperial ( Coronation March ) by Wiliam Walton ( 1902-1983 ) - arranged for Brass Quintet by Brian Bindner.

Crown Imperial is an orchestral march by the English composer William Walton. It was first performed at the coronation of George VI and Queen Elizabeth in 1937, and substantially revised in 1953. The march falls into an ABABC form: an exciting march over Waltonesque long pedal points is followed by an Elgarian trio section. Then both march and trio reappear again and come to a conclusion in a small heroic coda.

The arrangement is graded intermediate difficulty.
