Birdland - by Joseph Zawinul - arranged for Bigband by Mogens Andresen.
A timeless piece, made famous by the Weather report, a Jazz fusion orchestra, lead by Mr. Zawinul in the 1970´s and 80´s. Mr. Andresen´s arrangements are always solid and worth anyone´s time. This arrangement concurs - Birdland has been a gem since the premier of the piece in 1977, and will probably be a gem for years to come.
