Short Skirt/Long Jacket by John McCrea, arranged for Brass Quintet by Kristian Sullivan.

"Short Skirt/Long Jacket" is the first single by American alternative rock band Cake from their 2001 album Comfort Eagle. Here presented to you in an arrangement for Brass Quintet - mainly made for beginners/kids - though this arrangement is a little harder than Kristin´s other arrangements. A really though Tuba part, and the trumpets needs some range. Kristin said "I added the lyrics under the part that’s playing the melody, so that the player would have an easier time with melody and understanding how it fits the piece.  It would be great with a drum set added in, too, or some aux percussion given to the trumpets during their long rests."
